About the event
The theme this term is ‘Edges and Margin' which we will use to explore creating a variety of surfaces. Classes will include demonstrations and instruction in drawing and painting in a range of mediums including, pastels, printmaking, watercolour, and acrylic paints. Students are always free to use their own favourite materials. Some materials will be available for experimentation.
What to bring: Please bring an apron or wear old clothes - paint can stain. You might like to bring some paper, a drawing board, and your favourite materials. however basic papers, and a range of materials will be available for people to try, especially in the first session, so please don't feel you have to go out and buy expensive materials until you are sure what you want.
About St Mary's The venue is ground floor and has accessible facilities. There is limited parking on the street. Refreshments available.
